I would like info on a log home 24 x 32 with a loft. Or even 28 x 36. Something that could be 3 bedrooms. I most likely will not have a basement. I am looking at a cost for a weather tight package milled and at least 12″ logs

I have to be honest & say it will be difficult to fit all these rooms into a <1400 sq.ft. ranch style with no basement, especially since you will most likely need a utility room as well?
I do have a couple designs which are close & I will pass them on to you. Let me know your thoughts when you have a moment.
I would like information (approx cost) on a weather tight shell, about 28 by 36 with loft, no basement, one bedroom, or (one bedroom & den,) bath, open concept which will enable a masonary (Finnish) wood fireplace as main heat, stairs to open loft. Verandah on long side.
