• Milled Log Packages

We offer both types at competitive prices.

We also offer a full construction service anywhere in North America. All log packages include a 50 yr. warranty

Handcrafted Log Packages

Whether you are planning on building a Scandinavian full-scribe, timber dove-tail or Post & Beam home, we can build it!

Packages Available:

• Logs only package pricing starts at $50/sq.ft. of finished floor area
• Weathertight shell package pricing starts at $75/sq.ft. of finished floor area

Note: Interior finishings are available as well

Handcrafted log package includes:

• construction drawings/plans
• emseal base gasket
• avg. 16” pine logs full length
• with Scandinavian full scribe construction (corners & grooves)
• post & beam / timber frame roof system
• post & beam / timber frame second floor system
• emseal gasket for interior & exterior of log wall
• rock wool insulation for the grooves & corners
• 2 x material for window & door buck frames, installed & ready to accept your windows & doors
• required drilling for electrical / thru-bolts
• set-up of log shell/roof system/floor system on your property
• delivery of log package to your property.

NOTE: Crane rental for set-up is not included. (approximately 2 days needed)

Handcrafted Weathertight Shell package includes:

Windows & Doors (Westwood)

• Casement windows with 10” flush (cedar or fir) frame, Low-E & Argon thermal glass & insect screens
• Solid (cedar or fir) entrance doors with 6-9/16 flush pine frame, Low-E & Argon thermal glass
• Windows/Doors are all pre-finished with a stain of choice

Second floor system

• 8×8 pine timber support posts
• 8×12 pine timber main beam
• 6×10 pine timber joists
• screw jacks for 8×8 posts
• 2×6 t&g red pine decking

Gable Ends

• 2×6 spruce framing – plates & studs
• emseal gasket for wall-roofsystem/post/log wall connection
• 1/2” OSB sheathing
• typar housewrap & sheathing tape
• 1×4” spruce strapping for siding
• 1×6” cedar bevel siding

Roof System

Milled Log Packages

We have 3 profiles to choose from: Timber Dove-tail, Round, & D-Log

Our milled logs are the most authentic & energy efficient ones available in eastern North America today.

Our milled logs:

• are full length (which is a good thing!)
• are available with a hand-peeled or smooth finish
• are used with an energy-star approved gasket system
• are naturally air-dried

• Weathertight shell package pricing starts at $50/sq.ft. of finished floor area

Milled log package includes:

• construction drawings/plans

• 10” milled pine logs full length, NO BUTT JOINTS!
• with round corner notch
• with Swedish cope for the groove, NO TONGUE & GROOVE!
• with hand-peeled logs
• post & beam roof system with full length avg. 12-16” logs for support beams
• post & beam / timber frame second floor system
• emseal gasket for interior & exterior of log wall
• log boss fasteners
• 2 x 10 for window & door buck frames + flashing for professional window seal
• required drilling for electrical / thru-bolts.

Crane rental for set-up is not included with your price.

8”, 9”, 12” 14” & 16” logs are also available upon request. Prices will be adjusted accordingly.
